Follow Yer' Nose BBQ

Taylor Henson has brought Georgia BBQ and southern hospitality to the Big Sky. In 2012 Taylor bought a smoker and set to work perfecting his craft. He began slingin’ meat on Saturdays on a patch of grass and gravel outside the Wildflour Bakery in Emigrant, MT.

In the summer of 2016 Taylor over smoked his smoker. “We needed to smoke more meat!” The stage was set for “Follow Yer Nose BBQ – World Headquarters”. Combined with our delicious house-smoked meat and deep-south homegrown recipes, cold beer and cider are featured.
