LaPa Grill

La Parrilla originally opened its doors as the brainchild of Zack Anderson in 1996. Zack brought Pete Strom on as a partner, and they worked together for many years creating and operating many restaurant concepts in the Bozeman area including; The Garage – Soup Shack & Mesquite Grill, On The Rise Bakery, The Naked Noodle, Moo Casa Ice Cream, and more, but LaPa was always the one Pete and Zack felt had it all.

Along the way, a couple LaPa employees brought the concept to locations in Boise, Idaho and Bend Oregon, but Bozeman has always been the center of the LaPa Universe.  Zack eventually moved to Colorado, and Pete took over ownership of the Bozeman location as it continued to grow under his guidance and became the best burrito shop on the planet.

LaPa is comprised of hard working, fun loving, and talented employees that are like family to one another and to our guests. That tradition continues today at LaPa Helena, where the predominant compliments we receive center on our exemplary customer service and fun, laid-back way we do business.

LaPa Helena opened her doors to a raucous crowd of excited patrons on November 4, 2016 and we haven’t looked back.  We continue to develop new, creative menu offerings and specials, but we are best known as the healthy Helena option that will make anything you want.  If you can dream it up.. we’ll happily build it for you.
