Necessity Sound

Jesse Drahos (AKA Jesse D. or DJ Necessity) is the owner and operator of Necessity Sound.  He began his career in audio as a DJ providing entertainment for clubs, weddings and private events. As his knowledge and skill grew he moved into “Live Sound” where he ran sound for local theaters and bars. Eager to learn more about audio Jesse attended college in Arizona and received a certificate in audio engineering. After graduating he moved to Los Angeles, CA to work in post production (TV & Movies).

While in LA Jesse worked for a post production facility for 5 years. During that time he also built his studio and began recording local musicians. Jesse moved back to Great Falls, MT after 6 years of life in LA and now provides DJ and audio services locally. Also, Jesse D is a Member of the Staradio Team and you can hear him weekdays on Star 101.7 (afternoons) and Q106 (Middays). Contact us to book your session!
